A blog dedicated to Alcohol might sound a bit weird but being an hotelier alcohol was not just in my blood but was also a part of our syllabus, yes how cool a course can be !! Learning about alcohol . Technically speaking alcohol is just a function of hydroxyl group in chemistry

But on a serious note alcohol production is one of the oldest and fastest growing industry in the world .In my blogs I would be talking about all types of alcohols how its made and what specialty do they have ,I would also be writing about the history and various types of cocktails and mock tails .
All alcoholic beverages can be classified in to two main categories
Soft liquor
Beer
Wine
Hard liquor
Whisky
Rum
Gin tequila
Vodka
And then these can be classified in to various other categories
